This train cake was made for a young boy for his birthday.
I used a silicone form for the base, to make the shape of each truck and the engine. I baked for two times to meet the number of portions required.
I moisten each piece of cake with caramel syrup.
I decorated each truck differently with different types of candy and sweets: very colorful and attractive.
